Ram has advised several SaaS firms in the Healthcare, FinTech, Food and beverage, and Manufacturing industries.
Ram has also demonstrated his leadership and product development expertise during his tenures with Tribune Company, Open Kernel Labs, and Motorola.
Ram holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communications from JNTU Hyderabad.
Ram is a Gartner Community Ambassador and a recipient of the Outstanding Technology Leadership award at the Internet 2.0 Conference.

Ram held multiple key leadership roles over the course of his career:
At Davisware LLC, a private equity-managed SaaS company catering to ERP and field service needs of SMEs, Ram assumed the comprehensive responsibilities of a CTO/CIO/CPO. He spearheaded a team of 150 people distributed across the US and India, modernized application and infrastructure services transitioning from the legacy technology stack to Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS Services, and boosted hosting service availability to an impressive 99.99%. His tenure at Davisware also included the implementation of modern agile tools, setting up clear processes, formulating data-driven KPIs, and acting as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
At SAP Labs LLC, as the VP of Product Development, Ram functioned as a divisional CTO for SAP ERP workforce management and field service applications. He led a team of 40 engineers with an annual budget of $8M. His leadership saw the delivery of industry-leading workforce management and field service solutions, with a meteoric growth in SaaS revenue from $10M ARR to over $80M ARR in under five years.
At Syclo LLC, Ram served as the VP of Product Development. He was instrumental in achieving $25M ARR by doubling the product development team size and expediting innovations in workforce management and field service for SAP and IBM enterprise customers.
